On Friday, 2nd of December 2022, Atos will host its Innovation in Disability Inclusion event to celebrate the International Day of People with Disability (#IDPWD), a United Nations-sanctioned annual day celebrating people with disabilities.

This year we are running a virtual event which will be streamed from 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM CET with presenters from across the globe focusing on India.

Both the academic and expert perspectives as well as the views of business leaders, will be represented in keynotes, talks, and webinars. Also, the winners of the ICT 4 Inclusion Challenge 2022 will be announced – presenting digital solutions to mitigate the impact of climate change on people with disabilities in India.

Innovation in Disability Inclusion – Friday, 2 December (CET)

The German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the GIZ Global Project Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities, Zero Project and Ability Foundation and Atos are pleased to announce the winners of the ICT 4 Inclusion Challenge Award.

Atos and GIZ, as partners of the Make-IT Alliance, have joined forces to deliver the ICT 4 Inclusion Challenge to source and support the best digital solutions to mitigate the impact of climate change on people with disabilities. We received over 400 applications in progress and 16 successful submissions, 10 jury members selected 3 final teams, supported through Zero Project Impact transfer program.
